Covid- 19 Protection of Product Delivery Policy:
Deliveries and orders during Covid-19:
We are accepting orders and shipping them across the country. We try our level best to ensure safe and timely deliveries but we request to be patient in case your pin code is a hot spot area as protocols for deliveries of non essential goods keep getting changed by the government.
In the event any location is designated as a restricted zone under regulations, we request you to kindly wait until the order is lifted from your shipping area.
Longer delivery timeline:
We are working across the Operations network to enable faster deliveries to customers, while ensuring safety of associates and customers. We are continuously improving our delivery promise to offer a seamless delivery experience. We are following the latest Government guidelines to enable delivery of essentials and non-essentials in all permitted areas, and the delivery timeline may be impacted due to local restrictions.
Return of orders:
Yes, you can still return items in case the product is defective. Please read our refund policy for the same. However, the return pick up timeline may be longer than usual if movement of goods and person is restricted in your area, by local or state government.
No contact delivery:
In case you want to opt for No contact delivery, please mention it in our comments and also we would urge you to inform the delivery personnel when they reach out to you with delivery updates. the delivery associate will leave your order at your doorstep and maintain a 2-meter distance.

All packages are sanitised before they leave our studio or warehouse. All products coming via customs then go through sanitation in DHL warehouses in Mumbai.
